Rippa Rugby

Hello Rippa Rugby players,

It's been 5 weeks of our classes rippa rugby training. I have learned a lot from the lessons and that is what i'm going to blog about. One of them is how to use the defending technique. It's easy you just have to shake your hips. If you  try to defend the tag by holding on to it, that's a foul. The name of holding the tag is called foul play.

The second thing what I learned is called scrums. That means forward pass and knock on. Forward pass means when you pass the ball forward and in rugby and rippa rugby there is only backward pass. Knock on means when you pass the ball and the ball falls down after touching your fingers. If the ball did not touch you and fell down it's not a knock on you just continue the game.

My friend Ashwin was the best player in our team. Now my third thing is catching and passing the ball. For catching the ball we have to make a w shape with our hands. Now to throw the ball we have to put the ball near your hip and spin and pass the ball.

Now the last thing what I learned is called a line out in that we have five players from each team line up with a little bit of gap in between. The person who went out of the line their opposite team gets to throw the ball from the line. Now I am going to show you a photo of me playing rippa rugby.

I'm at the back of the photo with my arms folded.
Thank you for reading.

Our secret mission

Hello secret bloggers,

Last week on Monday Mrs Eagleson and Mrs Shresta had planned a mission for room 6 and 8 it was a secret mission. We had to find the purple monkey and save her live from the forever night. We had to solve clues to find her. I made a DLO about it. I enjoyed everything a lot and would love to do it again.
