Bones of a human body
Hello bloggers,
There are 270 bones in our body when we are born. But when we grow these bones decrease. There are 206 bones when we are adult. Are femur/ thighbone is the biggest bone in the human body. Stape is the shortest bone which is inside our ear. The color of our bone is white.
If it is broken than we can't do anything from that part of the bone. If are bone is broken it is also known as a fracture. A little fracture can be fixed but the big one will not be fixed. If you have a fracture or you feel like you have a fracture than show it to a doctor as soon as possible.
Bones are important because if we only have skin than we will be like paper and if we have a bone we can bend. The difference between ape and us is that they have a tail and we don't but we both still have a tail bone.

Summer Learning Journey Week 1 Day 1 Activity 2
Hello bloggers,
Hope you all learned some facts and enjoyed my blog.
My hometown is Mumbai which is the economical capital of India. Human abode of Mumbai was since the stone age. A Marathi community were the earliest known homesteaders of Mumbai. Mumbai, previously known as Bombay was renamed in 1995.
Now let me share a few of my favorites about my hometown. I'm crazy about the street food. The yumcious flavours make my mouth water. To name a few Pav bhaji, Vada pav, masala dosa, frankie, chicken lollypop, Bengali sweets, traditional Gujarati food, kulfi and candy floss. Because of the amount of people there socialize. I had around dozens of friends. Mumbai is also known as the city of seven islands because in early days it was seven different islands. The population of Mumbai is 20.8 million which is approximately four times the population of entire New Zealand. It is a multilingual city with 22 different languages spoken. Diversity is visible in every aspect there including delicious food items, heart winning tourist attractions, fun-filling activities for each age group, hubs for shoppers and joyous festival celebrations.Spending time with my grandparents was one of my favorites.
My grandfather narrated stories that made me increase my reading abilities and my grandmother is an awesome chef. Words are insufficient in describing how much I miss my hometown.

Summer Learning Journey Week 1 Day 1 Activity 1
Hello Bloggers,
From Monday 17 December 2018 we had started Summer Learning Journey and this is my first one. In this one we just had to go to a website and then choose 3 things and blog about it. This is mine about Mt Ruapehu, forest and New Zealand being snake free country.
Mt Ruapehu also known as the most active volcano in New Zealand had first erupted in 1895. There is extreme danger to stay around Mt Ruapehu. It can erupt at any time. The last time it had erupted was in 2006. Mt Ruapehu is a good tourist attraction. We can do a lot of ice activities in Mt Ruapehu. It is open for public from 1st of June 2019 for activities.
New Zealand is famous for its greenery. 30% of New Zealand is forest. The silver fern of New Zealand is famous because its like moonlight from the back. From the front it is light green and some are also dark green.
New Zealand is a snake free country. There are only 2 water snakes in New Zealand. The water snakes are also called kraits. Kraits are rare to be found so you don't have to worry about it. Water snakes can travel a long distance like New Zealand to Australia. It's fun to play fun to play in the water but be careful.
Check my blog every day for updates. Bye!

The chromebook cupboard is filled with chromebooks and chargers laying in the cupboard which is
making it messier. The ipads and the ipad chargers are making it more messier. Some extra chargers
are in a box pilled. The whole cupboard is disorganized leaving some things hanging.

The teacher's desk has lots of drawers filled with learning materials. Near the teachers desk there is a
white board covered with magnets. On the teacher’s desk there is water bottle, sunscreen,
students late pass etc. On the teacher’s wall she has her achievements.

The ceiling is filled with dots everywhere but whenever it rains the water never comes inside the class.
The ceiling has smoke alarm which will alert us whenever there is smoke. The air conditioner is nice and
cold but it’s also rusty. The lights are not strong but they still work.

Diwali comparison
Namaste bloggers,
Today Miss Percy gave us a task to compare diwali and another festival. Me and my friend Vitaraag were working together. We were trying to find important information about diwali and write it in my own words, use information from a range of sources (including my own), include relevant pictures to add interest to my DLO. I also had to make sure my layout is clear and easy to read and my spelling and punctuation are correct. I think I achieved my sign of success criteria did I?
